3. Subscriptions and Billing
The Service may offer free and paid ("Pro") subscription plans. By subscribing to a Pro plan, you agree to pay the specified fees. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality, including but not limited to the StrataCore name and the StrataScore™, are and will remain the exclusive property of StrataCore and its licensors.
