• Data for AI Features: To provide our StrataScore™ and news analysis, we send stock tickers and publicly available news content to Google's AI Platform via Genkit. This data is used to generate the analysis you see on the dashboard. We do not send any of your personal information (like your email or name) with these requests.
• Cookies and Local Storage: We use cookies and local storage to maintain your session and store your preferences. This helps us provide a seamless user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain our Service.
• To manage your account, subscription, and billing.
• To personalize your experience, for example, by displaying your favorite stocks.

• Google Cloud / Firebase: Our application is hosted on Google Cloud, and we use Firebase for authentication, database (Firestore), and backend functions.
• Stripe: For secure payment processing for our Pro plan. You can view their privacy policy on their website.
• Google AI Platform: For our AI-powered analysis features, as described above. Data processed by Google is subject to their privacy policies.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. We use industry-standard services like Firebase and Stripe that have robust security practices. We also use Google Cloud Secret Manager to securely store API keys and other sensitive data. However, no electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. You can delete your account by contacting us, and we will delete your personal data in accordance with our data retention policies.

You can review and update your account information on your Account page. You may also request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

Our Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
